American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a NICU/PICU night shift position at a pediatric teaching hospital. You will provide advanced respiratory care, ventilator management, and participate in family-centered care with a focus on neonatal and pediatric patients.

The role requires RRT certification, BLS/NRP, and at least 2 years in NICU/PICU, with Epic EMR experience preferred. Travel eligibility, valid state license, vaccination, and references are required.

Qualifications

• Current RRT certification required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• PALS certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of PICU/NICU experience required.
• Epic charting experience required for consideration.
• State license required if applicable.
• COVID vaccination proof required with no exemptions accepted.
• Two manager or supervisor references from within the last 24 months required (charge RN references not accepted).

Responsabilités

• Work in the NICU, PICU, emergency department, and pediatric/adult acute and intermediate care wards at a children’s hospital.
• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (19:00-7:30).
• Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals per unit needs.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
