• Clinicians returning within 12 months of their last worked date are not eligible for non‑billable orientation
• Local rate applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles, with a 12% reduction of the regular bill rate
• Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13‑week assignment
• Equipment: EPIC computer charting and Pyxis medication administration
