LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a travel NICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Fort Smith, AR. The role requires 2+ years of level 3/4 NICU experience, night shifts (12 hours), and a 36-hour workweek. BLS and NRP certification are required, with responsibilities including care of high-risk neonates and deliveries.

The position offers weekly pay and medical benefits, with a focus on critical neonatal care and collaboration with a dedicated neonatal team.

Competenze

• 2+ years NICU experience at level 3 or 4.
• Care for level 3 NICU infants with HF vents, conventional vents, CPAP, NIMV, HFNC, Nitric, and enteral feeding.
• Attends high risk deliveries and cesarean section deliveries; STABLE certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct NICU patient care during 12-hour night shifts.
• Monitor ventilator settings and manage OG/NG/PO feedings.
• Collaborate with neonatal team during high-risk delivery events.
