MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Neuro ICU for a travel assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role requires 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and a 13-week duration, offering a comprehensive benefits package and credentialing support through the agency.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS & ACLS certifications, and at least 18 months of Neuro ICU experience in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 18 months' recent Acute Care Neuro ICU experience.
• Other client facility requirements as determined.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to Neuro ICU adults.
• Monitor life support equipment and assist with tubes.
• Observe heart rate, blood pressure, and respiratory status.
• Administer medications and IVs, insert catheters.
• Meticulous documentation of medications.
• Assist with emergency nursing procedures.
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively.
