TotalMed Allied seeks a travel MRI Technologist for a 20-week assignment in Peoria, IL. The role is 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, starting 11/30/2026. The position requires 1 year of MRI experience and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT, plus BLS and state licensing when required.

You will operate MRI equipment, prepare patients, ensure image quality, and collaborate with radiologists. Benefits include weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and full travel support.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with registration.
• BLS certification and state licensing as required.

Responsabilidades

• Verify patient identification and explain imaging procedures.
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedures.
• Position patients for MRI scans ensuring safety.
• Assist radiologist during procedures.
• Start IVs and administer contrast as directed.
• Evaluate MRI scans for technical quality and label studies.
• Load and operate power injectors for contrast media.
• Follow safety procedures when working with radiation.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.
