Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with ARRT or ARMRIT certification for an evening shift assignment at a medical center campus.

The role requires ARRT/ARMRIT certification, a TX radiology license if ARRT(R) only, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS certifications, and willingness to travel. The position features 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts, potential for call/holidays, and generous housing and travel reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• MRI department at a medical center campus.

• Travel experience highly preferred.
• Onsite drug screening policies to avoid substances that could cause positive results.
• Does not accept local candidates within 110 miles of the facility.

• ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
• Candidates with only ARRT (R) must also hold a TX radiology license
• Candidates with ARRT (MR) are not required to hold a TX radiology license
• License required if applicable
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Must be able to complete required lab work within 72 hours of accepting an offer or have a plan in place to do so

Responsibilities

• MRI department at a medical center campus
• Evening shift, 5x8 hours, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Call and holiday coverage negotiated with the department
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Facility conducts its own onsite drug screening, including for marijuana, and candidates should avoid any substances that could result in a positive result
