MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a Rocky Mount, North Carolina assignment. The position requires completion of a two year radiologic technology program, state registration, and 18 months MRI experience with a potential focus in critical care settings.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months MRI tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners safely and efficiently to support diagnosis.
• Ensure patient safety around the MRI environment.
• Position patients and coils for imaging procedures.
• Inject contrast media as required.
• Set technical parameters and monitor image data.
• Respond to life threatening situations and emergencies.
