Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a Dallas assignment. The MRI Tech will operate MRI equipment, ensure image accuracy, and support radiologists with procedures.

The role requires 1 year of MRI experience, ARRT MR certification, BLS, and state licensing as applicable. Responsibilities include patient safety screening, patient positioning, IV contrast administration, and precise image handling.

Qualifications

• 1 year of imaging experience with MRI preferred.
• ARRT MR certification and BLS required; state licensure where applicable.
• Travel assignment availability for 13 weeks at 40 hours/week, nights shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and ensure high-quality images for interpretation.
• Screen for MRI safety and obtain informed consent.
• Position patients and assist radiologist during procedures.
• Start IVs and administer contrast per protocol.
• Maintain patient records and image labeling.
