Job summary

TotalMed Allied is actively seeking a Travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Houston, Texas. You will work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, with a travel-friendly schedule and tax-free stipend details to be determined.

Requires ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT, BLS, and 1 year of MRI experience. Responsibilities include patient screening, safety checks, procedure setup, contrast administration, and image quality assessment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of MRI experience required.
• Must have BLS and ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification with MR registration.
• Must have state licensing where required.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and review imaging requests.
• Screen patients for MRI safety before procedures.
• Interpret doctors' instructions and position patients for scans.
• Assist radiologist during procedures and operate contrast administration.
• Ensure image quality and proper labeling of exam results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS system.
