Job summary

TotalMed Allied in Lone Tree, Colorado, is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for an initial 13-week assignment. The role requires MRI expertise, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, BLS, and state licensing as applicable. The position involves 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts in the evenings.

The MRI Tech will prepare patients, operate MRI equipment, ensure image quality, and collaborate with physicians for interpretation. Travel and housing support may be provided as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of MRI experience required.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with registration.
• BLS certification required.
• State licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain imaging procedures.
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedures.
• Position patients for MRI scans and ensure safety.
• Assist radiologist with MRI procedures and manage contrast administration.
• Maintain accurate patient records and operate PACS system.
