MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a contract assignment in Asheville, North Carolina. This 26-week travel position features 40 hours per week, day shifts (10 hours) and a competitive pay package through a Joint Commission-certified agency.

The ideal candidate will have completed a two-year radiologic technology program, ARRT registry, and state radiology registration, with 18 months MRI experience preferred, especially in critical care settings.

Qualificações

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsabilidades

• Operate MRI scanners safely and efficiently to aid diagnosis.
• Ensure patient and staff safety around the MRI environment.
• Position patients and coils, verify technical parameters.
• Observe image data and ensure image quality during scans.
• Recognize normal vs. abnormal imaging and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
