Job Summary

MRI Technologist, MRI. This position supports diagnostic imaging services across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department settings. The role includes a broad range of examinations, with day-shift opportunities involving specialized studies such as cardiac and breast imaging.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Weekend coverage is required.
• Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of MRI technologist experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification
  • Washington license specific to MRI
  • Experience in a community hospital setting
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with neonates, infants, pediatric patients, and adolescents
  • Level I trauma experience
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • Assignment length is 13 weeks.
  • The position supports outpatient, inpatient, and emergency imaging needs.
  • Examinations may include cardiac, breast, brain, spine, abdominal, extremity, thoracic, pelvic, vascular, and cerebrospinal fluid flow studies.
  • Patient populations range from ambulatory patients to patients requiring partial or total assistance.
  • The department includes two imaging rooms and has a daily caseload of approximately 3040 examinations.
  • Optional call participation may be available.
