Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Muskegon, Michigan. The position offers competitive pay, day-one benefits, and a dedicated clinical team to support you on the road.

The MRI Technologist will operate MRI scanners, ensure safety, administer contrast if required, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality images while maintaining patient care and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Radiology program with MRI specialization and training
• One year of experience as MRI Tech
• Valid Radiology/MRI license per state regulations
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications before procedures
• Educate patients about MRI procedures and address questions
• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot MRI equipment
• Start IVs and administer contrast per orders
• Monitor image quality and adjust scanning parameters as needed
• Document imaging details and patient observations accurately
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate results
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area
