Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Olympia Fields, Illinois. The contractor will perform MRI examinations, ensure patient safety, and maintain high-quality imaging while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT/ARMRIT/CAMRT registration, a relevant degree, and at least 2 years of MRI experience in a hospital or imaging center. Phillips MRI systems experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT / ARMRIT / CAMRT registration; current state license if applicable.
• 2 years MRI tech experience in a hospital or imaging center.
• Pharmacy? Not applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during scans.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment and report any issues.
• Review images for clarity, accuracy and diagnostic quality.
• Maintain patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow safety procedures related to magnetic fields and contrast administration.
