Supplemental Health Care seeks an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a Georgetown, KY hospital. You will perform MRI exams, ensure patient safety, and maintain high-quality imaging per physician orders. Requires ARRT/ARMRIT/CAMRT, Phillips MRI experience, and BLS certification.

Candidates typically have 2 years of MRI experience in hospitals or imaging centers, a relevant degree, and a state license if applicable. Full benefits are available and the assignment may extend.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT or ARMRIT or CAMRT registered.
• Phillips MRI Systems experience.
• Current state license (if applicable).
• BLS certification required.
• 2 years of recent MRI Tech experience in a hospital or imaging center.
• Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during scans.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment, reporting any technical issues.
• Review images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality.
• Maintain patient records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow all safety procedures related to magnetic fields and contrast administration.
