Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Liberty, Missouri. The role is dayshift (0830-1700, Mon-Fri) with weekly pay and hospital setting exposure. ARRT MR certification and BLS are required, with 1+ year MRI experience preferred.

The assignment includes credentialing support, on-call rotation, and EMR familiarity with Allscripts/Altera Sunrise. Compensation is weekly and travel-oriented, with accompanying vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ year MRI experience required; 2–3 years preferred.
• New graduates are not accepted.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations following physician orders and protocols.
• Screen patients for MRI safety and implants; ensure safety guidelines.
• Position patients and select coils to optimize imaging.
• Acquire high-quality MR images and monitor patient comfort.
• Administer intravenous contrast per policy and orders; monitor reactions.
• Document imaging procedures in the EMR and protect patient privacy.
• Maintain equipment readiness and report malfunctions; participate in on-call rotation.
