Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Miami, Florida. The role involves 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts across days, evenings, and nights, performing MRI procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Requirements include a two-year radiologic technology program, state registration, ARRT certification, and 18 months MRI experience preferred, preferably in critical care. Travel reimbursement and housing options are provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months MRI experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• ARRT registration in Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners safely and efficiently to assist in diagnosis.
• Ensure patient safety around the MRI environment and field.
• Position patients and coils for MRI procedures.
• Inject contrast media when required and set technical parameters.
• Monitor image data and ensure image quality and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment and adhere to safety protocols.
