Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Marion, Illinois. The MI MRI Technologist will perform scans, ensure safety, and maintain accurate records as part of a 13-week engagement with 40 hours per week during evening shifts.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of MRI experience, BLS, ARRT MR or ARMRIT certifications, and state licensing as required. Travel positions include benefits and guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience.
• BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with registration in magnetic resonance imaging.
• State-specific licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist MRI examinations and position patients for scans.
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedures.
• Explain imaging procedures and obtain consent when needed.
• Load and operate equipment including contrast administration per protocol.
• Ensure accurate patient records and image labeling.
