Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a contract assignment in Somerset, Kentucky. This travel position is 13 weeks long, with 40 hours per week, typically 8-hour day shifts in a hospital setting.

You will perform MRI exams, ensure patient safety and accurate positioning, and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA. ARRT/ARMRIT/CAMRT registration and Philips MRI systems experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT, ARMRIT, or CAMRT registration.
• Phillips MRI Systems experience.
• Current state license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during scans.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment and report issues.
• Review images for clarity and diagnostic quality.
• Maintain patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow safety procedures related to magnetic fields and contrast administration.
