Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Keene, New Hampshire. The position involves 40 hours per week, days shift, for a 13-week contract as a travel assignment.

Requirements include completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology program, valid state radiology registration, and ARRT registry. Eighteen months MRI experience preferred, with benefits provided by MedPro Staffing.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and related equipment to assist in diagnosis.
• Ensure safety of patients, staff and visitors near MRI equipment.
• Position patients and coils; inject contrast media as required.
• Set technical parameters and monitor image data during scans.
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations and maintain compliance with regulations.
