Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a licensed MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Keene, NH. The role requires two years of MRI experience, state licensure, BLS, and strong patient safety focus. You will deliver high-quality images, follow protocols, and work within a professional team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of continuous MRI experience preferred with proficiency in MRI procedures.
• Licensed MRI Technologist in the required state and BLS certified.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and safety awareness.
• Ability to learn applications relevant to the position and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images.
• Adhere to radiology direction, ensure safety and high-quality scans.
• Perform patient studies per protocol and adjust scanner settings as needed.
• Explain procedures to patients, ensure cooperation and comfort.
• Ensure safety by removing hazards and monitoring patients during scans.
• Orient and train new MRI Technologists and students.
