Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role involves independent MRI procedures, patient safety, and accurate documentation in a hospital setting.

Qualifications include ARRT or equivalent certification, MR registry within specified timelines, BLS, and at least two years of experience. Schedule is 12-hour days, totaling 36 hours weekly; float rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology
• MR registry must be acquired within 18 months of hire or primary registry
• CNMT/ARMRIT/ARDMS MR registry required within 12 months of hire (if applicable)
• Two years of relevant experience required
• ARRT Certificate or equivalent (ARMRIT, NMTC, ARDMS) and BLS widely expected

Responsibilities

• Independently performs MRI procedures with safety protocols
• Review patient history and physician orders; apply departmental protocols
• Identify patients correctly and document information accurately
• Ensure all exams are coded and archived per policy
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team; provide compassionate care
• Float rotation may be required
