Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Pittsburgh, PA. The role requires 1 year of MRI experience, BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, and state licensing where required. Responsibilities include patient prep, safety screening, image acquisition, and collaboration with radiologists.

Qualifications

• 1 year of MRI experience is required.
• BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT with registration in MRI; state-specific licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and ensure accurate images for physician interpretation.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
• Prepare patients and explain imaging procedures.
• Position patients and use immobilization as required.
• Assist radiologist during procedures and administer contrast as directed.
