Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Bellevue, WA. The role involves operating MRI scanners, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with radiologists to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.

Qualifications

• Radiology program with MRI specialization.
• One year of experience as an MRI Tech.
• Valid Radiology/MRI license per state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• ARRT/ARMRIT certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic 3D images.
• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications.
• Educate patients about the MRI procedure and answer questions.
• Maintain, inspect and troubleshoot MRI equipment.
• Start IVs and administer contrast per orders.
• Monitor image quality and adjust scanning parameters.
• Document procedure details per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers.
