Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Centralia, WA. The Radiology professional will operate MRI scanners, administer contrast as needed, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver accurate diagnostic results.

Applicants should have MRI program specialization, one year of MRI experience, and a valid radiology license, with current BLS certification. Travel benefits and comprehensive support are included.

Formación

• Completion of radiology program with MRI specialization.
• One year of MRI tech experience.
• Valid Radiology/MRI license per state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsabilidades

• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications prior to procedure.
• Educate patients on MRI procedure and answer questions.
• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot MRI equipment and report malfunctions.
• Start IVs and administer contrast media per orders, monitor for reactions.
• Monitor image quality and adjust scanning parameters for optimal results.
• Document procedure details and imaging parameters in hospital records.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure accurate imaging and timely results.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with infection control.
