MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a Foley, Alabama assignment. This contract role runs for 12 weeks with 40 hours per week, evenings shift, travel employment.

The candidate should have a two-year radiologic technology education, ARRT registration, and MRI experience preferred, plus state licensure as required. Benefits include weekly pay and housing options.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and adjust parameters to acquire diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient and staff safety around the MRI environment.
• Position patients and coils for optimal imaging.
• Administer contrast media as required.
• Monitor image data and adjust techniques as needed.
• Recognize abnormal findings and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
