Our client, Specialty Professional Services, is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for Washington, IA on a 3x12 night shift. A current IA license or compact license is required, with at least 1 year of recent MLT experience. Competitive pay and benefits are provided, including license reimbursement.

Start date is 11/6/2026 for a 13-week contract. This position requires BLS/ACLS and relevant specialty certifications, plus an active license and updated resume.

Qualifications

• IA license or compact IA license required.
• At least 1 year of recent Lab Specialist - MLT experience.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications.
• Current Resume.
• Lab Specialist License is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform medical laboratory testing according to procedures.
• Ensure quality control and patient specimen integrity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with licensing requirements.
