Healthforce is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week MICU travel assignment in Philadelphia, PA. Nights only, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Start date 11/09/2026 with a local contract in a hospital MICU setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,231 to $2,415 with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

The role requires ICU/MICU experience, a BSN, and the ability to work every other weekend. Travel support and credentialing are provided by Healthforce.

Qualificações

• Current, active RN license in the United States.
• BSN degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU/MICU or equivalent high-acuity experience.
• Ability to work nights 7:00 PM–7:00 AM and every other weekend.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct critical care to adult MICU patients, delivering comprehensive assessments and interventions.
• Monitor ventilatory status and hemodynamics; manage vasoactive medications and other complex therapies per protocol.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and update care plans, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
• Manage invasive lines and devices (arterial/central lines) with strict infection control and documentation.
• Document care activities and updates in the EMR; communicate changes to the care team and physicians.
• Collaborate with families and the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and timely transition of care.
