Job summary

Flagstar Nursing is seeking a travel Ultrasound Tech specializing in Maternal-Fetal Medicine to join our team in Mt Pleasant, South Carolina. You will perform advanced obstetric ultrasound examinations within a high-risk prenatal setting, supporting MFM physicians with complex diagnostics.

This 13-week, 40-hour per week assignment offers a day shift and competitive pay. Candidates should hold ARDMS OB/GYN certification, BLS, and OB/GYN expertise.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• ARDMS OB/GYN certification required.
• RVT or RDMS credentials preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct obstetric ultrasound examinations, including first-trimester screenings and detailed anatomy surveys.
• Perform specialized maternal-fetal imaging such as fetal echocardiography and Doppler studies for high-risk pregnancies.
• Identify, document, and communicate fetal anomalies and placental abnormalities to MFM physicians.
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine specialists to support complex diagnostic workflows and urgent imaging needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of examinations and findings in compliance with safety standards.
