A competitive wage of $60,000 is offered, with reporting to the Director of Merchandising. Responsibilities include developing merchandising plans, ensuring milestones, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with budgets and policies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience required.
• General merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and detail-oriented.
• Conduct self in a professional manner.
• Adherence to the company’s attendance policy.
• Reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to use Movista and/or other company-required applications.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, the internet, and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage merchandising operations to develop and execute merchandising plans that deliver volume and profit goals.
• Ensure milestones/goals are met and adhered to and enforce the approved budgeted store hours.
• Monitor and enforce correct completion of mplans/store reporting, store surveys, usage of all business applications, all policies, and procedures.
• Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and/or corporate standards. Safely and efficiently replenish product. May assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines.
• Travel and overnight stay as the market dictates. Adhere to the company’s Travel & Entertainment policy.
• Meet or exceed compliance goals and budget requirements; drive sales by enforcing planograms and providing dedicated service.
