Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 40% Operations Management: Manage merchandising operations to develop and execute merchandising plans that deliver volume and profit goals.
• 40% People Management: Hire, train, manage, and coach the merchandiser workforce to ensure quality work; onboarding regional staff; recruitment and retention.
• 20% Merchandising: Work within a retail environment to merchandise products and safely replenish stock; travel as market dictates; adhere to Travel & Entertainment policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
