Job summary

Acosta Group in Hickory, NC is seeking a Merchandiser Travel Retail Service to support reset and remodels, planogram execution, and in-store merchandising. This role requires strong attention to detail and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

You will read planograms, move shelves, restock items, attach pricing tags, and coordinate with store staff. Travel up to 75–100% and some weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience reading planograms and performing resets/remodels.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to build relationships with partners.
• Proficient with technology (smartphones, computers, handheld devices).
• Committed to quality and detail; customer service mindset.
• Able to work in cold environments in retail settings.
• Willing to travel; minimum age 21 for travel credentials.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow a planogram to complete reset/remodel work.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks, display merchandise, attach tags, check dates.
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising goals.
• Prepare and manage documentation for reset/remodel tasks.
• Adhere to safety practices and Acosta policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
