Job summary

ACO-US in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Merchandiser Travel Retail Service to represent Acosta and its clients by performing reset and remodel work, reading planograms, and ensuring accurate item placement.

You will collaborate with store personnel, move and arrange shelves, verify planogram integrity, process pack-outs and reorders, and maintain safety and company policies. Travel is required, sometimes up to 75–100%.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • At least 1-year experience reading & using planograms.
  • Retail and reset responsibility experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to build relationships.
  • Comfortable using technology (smartphones, computers, handheld devices).
  • Willing to work in cold environments in stores.
  • Must be at least 21 years old for travel credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Read and follow plan-o-gram to complete reset and remodel work.
  • Move/clean shelves, install racks, display merchandise, attach tags, check planograms, process pack-outs and reorders.
  • Partner with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and build relationships.
  • Prepare, submit, and manage documentation related to reset/remodel work.
  • Work safely and follow Acosta policies; report unsafe acts.
  • Follow all Acosta policies and SOPs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
