Job summary

Acosta in Davenport, IA is seeking a Merchandiser Travel Retail Service to execute resets and remodels by reading plan-ograms and coordinating with store staff.

You will move and display merchandise, ensure planogram integrity, and manage documentation for resets, with heavy travel required and a focus on safety and teamwork. Must be self-starter with detail orientation and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience reading and using plan‑ograms; retail/reset experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, computers, copiers, fax, and handheld devices.
• Must be able to work in cold environments and travel up to 75–100%.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow a plan‑ogram to complete reset and remodel work.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks and shelves, display merchandise, place shelf strips and attach tags, check date codes and plan‑ogram integrity, and process pack‑outs, restocks, and reorders as needed.
• Partner with store personnel and co‑workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence.
• Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to reset and remodel work accurately.
• Perform tasks safely, demonstrating awareness of surroundings, using proper safety techniques and equipment.
• Understand and follow all Acosta policies and standard operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
