Job summary

Acosta Group in Mount Vernon, TX is seeking a Merchandiser Travel Retail Service to represent Acosta and its clients by performing reset and remodel work, reading planograms, placing items, and ensuring planogram integrity. You will collaborate with store personnel, prepare and manage documentation, follow safety procedures, and travel to stores with overnight stays up to 75-100% as required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma/GED.
• At least 1 year experience reading & using planograms; retail and reset experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Comfortable utilizing technology (smartphones, computers, copier/fax, handheld devices).

Responsibilities

• Read and follow a plan-o-gram to complete reset/remodel work; understand merchandising terminology.
• Move and restock shelves, install racks, display merchandise, and attach tags.
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence.
• Prepare, process and manage documentation for assigned work.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
