Job summary

Acosta Group in LUFKIN, TX is seeking a Merchandiser Travel Retail Service to join our team. You will read and follow plan-o-grams, perform reset and remodel work, and ensure proper item placement and tagging in store environments.

The role requires travel up to 75-100% and occasional weekend work. Ahigh school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work with store personnel are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1 year of experience reading planograms or retail merchandising plans preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow a plan-o-gram to complete reset and remodel work.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks, display merchandise, attach tags and ensure planogram integrity.
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and build relationships.
• Prepare, process, and manage documentation related to assigned resets and remodels.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Follow Acosta policies and standard operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
