Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser to join our team for Thousand Oaks, CA and the surrounding area. You will visit major retailers to set up and maintain client displays, ensuring proper placement and product visibility across assigned stores.

Reporting feedback with photos, you’ll help drive revenue. Expect 40+ hours weekly, weekday schedules, and occasional travel; competitive benefits and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail merchandising experience in 3PL or retail desirable.
• Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Access to internet and basic handheld tools; a smart device with GPS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to complete merchandising projects and maintain client displays.
• Turn shelves into sales magnets by proper placement, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of displays.
• Capture same-day surveys with feedback and photos for each visit.
• Travel within the assigned radius; hours are Monday–Friday with 40+ hours per week.
