Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked and properly displayed. You will travel to various stores to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods and special projects, using a mobile app to report results.

The role requires a valid driver's license, access to a smartphone, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Team-focused, self-motivated individuals with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store staff to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotions and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a specified region.
