Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, organize, and display products at assigned retail locations, ensuring displays meet client and company standards. You will travel to multiple stores, collaborate with store teams, and use our mobile app to complete projects.

Ideal candidates have retail merchandising experience, reliable smartphone access, and a valid driver’s license. The role requires strong communication, flexibility to travel, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience or related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with data plan
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel to various store locations within a region
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• English conversational proficiency (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines
• Communicate with store personnel to keep displays in prime condition
• Complete store visits and projects on time; report results via mobile app
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management
• Travel to multiple store locations within the designated area or region
