Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products in partner stores. You will travel to multiple locations within a region and collaborate with store teams, using our mobile app to report results.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, can work independently, and can lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and access to a smartphone are required. Flexible hours and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail/merchandising preferred but not required.
• Must have own smartphone with data plan for work tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure prime displays.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
