Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking Surge Merchandisers to stock, display, and maintain product presentation across assigned retail stores within your region.

You will travel to multiple locations, collaborate with store teams, and use our mobile app to report progress. A personal smartphone with data plan is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with a data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• English proficiency to communicate with customers and coworkers in real time.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
