Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and ready for purchase. You will collaborate with store teams and travel to locations to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods, special projects, or urgent needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with a data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Conversational English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
