Gifted Healthcare is actively seeking MedSurg Registered Nurses to provide bedside care for a diverse patient population and to perform individualized assessments to develop a tailored care plan.

You will prepare equipment, assist physicians during examinations, administer and document medications, and respond to adverse symptoms with appropriate actions. Expect duties like changing dressings, catheter insertions, and initiating IVs, all on a 3x12 night shift.

Responsabilités

• Provide bedside care and perform individualized patient assessments to develop a care plan.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during exams and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
• Initiate alternative actions when adverse symptoms are observed.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
• Shift: 3x12 nights.
