Gifted Healthcare is seeking a MedSurg Registered Nurse to provide bedside care for diverse patient populations on a MedSurg unit. You will perform individualized assessments and develop a plan of care, administer prescribed medications, and prepare equipment for procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting physicians, initiating actions for adverse symptoms, and managing dressings, catheters, and IV starts as needed. Shift is 3x12 nights.

Responsabilités

• Provide bedside care to a variety of patients on MedSurg units.
• Perform individualized patient assessments to create care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and record administration.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Initiate actions when adverse symptoms are observed.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs when necessary.
