Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - Generalist for a 13-week assignment in Machias, ME. You will perform routine and moderately complex tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and related areas while supporting a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

One year of recent Medical Laboratory Technician experience.
Valid license when required by state regulations.
ASCP/AMT/AAB/HEW or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine diagnostic lab tests across chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology.
Prepare and process specimens with accurate labeling and handling.
Ensure test result accuracy following quality control procedures.
Follow applicable SOPs and regulatory guidelines (CAP, CLIA, FDA, AABB).
Maintain records, assist with inventory, and support lab operations.
