LivingYoung Center for Health & Anti-aging, part of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, seeks a Medical Assistant with strong communication and organizational skills. This full-time role requires traveling within Florida locations for patient care, assisting providers, and maintaining clinical documentation.

Starting in October for a November opening, compensation is $20–$21 per hour. 32–40 hours per week with open availability; clinic hours may vary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant license required.
• Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, wellness, or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to discuss treatment plans, memberships, financing options, and retail products is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
• Record intake information, photos, vital signs, and documentation.
• Assist providers during aesthetic procedures and administer injections as trained.
• Educate patients on treatment expectations, preparation, and aftercare.
• Maintain patient charts and confidentiality per HIPAA and OSHA policies.
• Support operations, inventory, and room cleanliness to ensure efficient patient care.
