Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Medical Assistant for the LivingYoung Center in Apollo Beach, FL. This full-time role requires travel within Florida among LivingYoung locations and a tentative start in mid October for a November opening.

The position offers $20–$21 per hour, 32–40 hours weekly, with clinic hours subject to change based on business needs. Ideal candidates have MA licensure and experience in aesthetics, with a strong customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant License required.
• Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, wellness, or healthcare preferred.
• Experience discussing treatment plans, memberships, financing options, and retail products is strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for aesthetic and wellness procedures.
• Room patients and collect intake information, photographs, vital signs, and treatment documentation.
• Apply topical numbing agents and assist providers during aesthetic procedures and treatments.
• Administer IM and SQ injections.
• Act as a wellness coach for GLP-1 weight loss patients with education, accountability, support, and follow-up.
• Educate patients on treatment expectations and post-treatment care.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to providers.
• Respond professionally to patient inquiries, phone calls, and electronic communications.
• Ensure all required patient forms and documentation are completed accurately.
• Support patient comfort and create a positive, welcoming treatment experience.
