Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse with Med Surg and Telemetry experience for a 13-week assignment in Ontario, Oregon. The role is 36 hours per week with 12-hour nights, offering travel and per diem opportunities across FirstChoice facilities within the health system.

Start date ASAP; requires RN licensure, nursing degree, and 18 months Med Surg/Telemetry experience (2 years for other specialties).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of Med Surg/Telemetry experience; 2+ years for other specialties.
• Credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS/ACLS/PALS via AHA.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations or regions as needed.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate patient care within scope of practice.
• Work independently with appropriate delegation and accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and outcomes.
• Embrace new ideas and manage changing priorities.
