Job summary

Trinity Health’s FirstChoice program seeks experienced RN professionals for premium pay and flexible scheduling across the health system. Travel assignments are available regionally and nationwide, with 12-hour night shifts and hospital-wide float responsibilities.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree and valid RN licensure, with a minimum of two years' clinical experience across Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED, and Behavioral Health.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience across specialties.
• Credentials required per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and/or locations/regions as needed.
• Follow standard professional practice elements: Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge/experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and outcomes.
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and manage competing priorities.
