Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a travel RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Redding, CA. This 13‑week assignment features 36 hours weekly, 12‑hour nights, and a travel employment arrangement. The RN should have 1–2 years of acute care experience and current BLS/CPR.

Start date is 10/06/2026. Responsibilities include bedside assessments, medication administration, and patient education. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting, handle lifting up to 50 pounds, and provide family

Qualifications

• RN with Med/Surg Telemetry experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of acute care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care forMed/Surg patients, including pre- and post-op.
• Administer and record medications, report adverse reactions.
• Assist with dressing changes, IV starts, and catheter care.
• Assist during examinations and procedures, educate families.
